About Me
For the past 25 years, I have worked in the human potential field– from teaching to founding and leading a professional learning organization to coaching leaders on developing learning systems for their employees.
Development is my heartbeat. Development thrives on partnership and understanding. I coach individuals who want to live more of their potential.
My clients come to coaching because they want to experience more of themselves. They include professionals craving greater job satisfaction, organizational leaders seeking a more expansive way of leading, and retirees intentionally designing their third act for flourishing.
My goal is to partner with clients to broaden their sense of possibility and support them to step forward into new ways of being and living. Learn more about my work.
As the co-founder and former executive director of the inquiry-based professional learning organization, Lead by Learning at Mills at Northeastern, I had the pleasure of supporting learning designs for the teachers and leaders in the public school system so that they could facilitate deeper learning for their students.
My graduate work in Education focused on adult development, using personal inquiry as a path for professional growth and development. I received my coaching certification from New Ventures West.
About Integral Coaching
Integral Coaching is a method that attends to a client’s whole life, helping them not just to achieve goals, but to develop competencies. I am a huge fan of this approach, which assumes that we are whole humans, conditioned to know some parts of ourselves better than others. Integral coaching acknowledges that we are what we practice.
The companionship of a coach can help us to build a keen sense of awareness of our habitual mindsets and practice new ways of being that lead to a more expansive possibility of ourselves. Common topics for which people seek coaching are work issues, health or relationship challenges, wanting to stop or start a habit, or transitions of any kind.
